Music for me is a MUST. I usually listen to breakcore/jpop and black metal. I listen to a lot of
Voilet
cold; she does black metal. Some notable ones are
Shegnificant and
Working class. everything in her
Empire of Love album is peak.
For jpop I listen to everything Egoist, like Suki To Iwareta Hi from alter ego all the way to 9lana for 言っといてよ.
For breakcore I enjoy Sewersvlt. yes ik it's technically considered drum and bass, but I consider his works like Ecifircas leaning to the breakcore end.
But essentially, I love all music that resonates or calls emotion in me. For me, music is a way of self-expression.
Each pillar that I enjoy has a particular meaning. Black metal is for expressing my emotions that I can't otherwise express or can't put into words. its "satanic" per se aspect is responsible for the unleashment of emotion. J-pop is for when I'm in a car ride and need something in my ear to distract me. Jpop/Breakcore is just for the fun of it while i'm answering emails, playing games, or something entertaining that doesn't require a lot of brain functions.
